Danny took no pictures for a long time. Around 10:30 we reached a big rock face. Elevation was about 2100'. Not sure which way would lead us to the hidden valley we split up. Danny when to the right and I went to the left. I discovered what looked like the path we needed to follow. I called him on the radio and gave my report. Dan said he'd go a little farther just to see what was there. I ate a Power Bar while I waited. Soon enough he returned and we began to work our way into the little narrow valley. At one point looking up to the right was this very impressive towering rock face going up a few hundred feet. The panorama picture does not do it justice.
