There were Mountain Apple trees and fruit all over the
place. The Mountain Apple is know as Eugenia malaccensis to
botanists, and O`hia Ai to Hawaiians. It was brought to the islands
by the Hawaiian when they first came here. We ate our fill, and
filled our pockets and didn't even make a dent in the supply hanging
on the trees.
