Wai`anae Wandering w/Dave & Alan

Thursday November 11th, 2010

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today we did some wandering low down just above Rosa's place.  There were lots of stone walls and lots of cattle tracks.  This area needs more exploration and maping of the walls.

We followed the black dots and dashes on this map going counter clock-wise.  There are "hot spots" on the map by the tags that will show you a picture of the days adventure.  Not all name tags have hot spots.

After lunch Dave cut down a few Satin Leaf trees to give more light to the Avocado trees growing here.

While Dave and Alan were chopping down some of the "exotic" Satin Leaf trees I did some patch work on a section of one of the terraces as seen in the next two photos.
