The last time I hiked this trail was just about 1 year ago, February 24th 2008. For some reason I never did the write/up and so for more information about this hike look back to the November 2007 hike. It was chilly this morning when I woke up around 5:45, the temp in the bedroom was about 67 degrees. Ya I know you mainland people think that is warm, but not here in the islands.
Anyway as I rounded Makakilo point and the Ko`olau Mts came in to view I was pleased to see the sky was clear and the summit showing. That should mean no rain.
