For some reason I have not been back to this trail since 2002. It's a nice easy loop of about 5 miles. The map on the last page of this report is not the complete hike but the way we cleared it. On small group went and cleared a small connector section that the majority did not do today. The club will hike this in two weeks following the maps on the link below.

We began our hike today at the end of Waiahole Valley Road. Someone knows the man that lives at the end of the road and he lets the trail clearers park at his house. Someone in the club also gained permission to enter the valley as you will see is needed when you read the signs on the gate below.
