We went to another site deeper in the valley and found some bottles almost totally buried in silt. We dug a few out.
On the way back out Dan and I split from the others and I spotted this horizontal spider web. Someone told me years ago that Hawaiian spiders built horizontal webs and introduced spiders built vertical webs. Not sure if that is true or not.
Last photo is of the 3rd crossing of Makaha Stream if you count on the way in. This was taken on the way out.
