Just before noon it began to drizzle. We had not reached the place were we wanted to replace the old rope. But the weather was getting worse, so we sat down when we found a little level spot and had lunch. Then we began to head back down as the rain cam down harder. Here you can see the heavy clouds rolling in.

It came down harder and harder. It rained so hard the trail turned into a small stream. Click HERE to see a short video. We began using the 200 feet of webbing on some of the steep down sections. Going up w/out rope was only a little scary. Going down in the rain w/o ropes was really spooky. We wound up using all 200 feet so next time I'll have to haul up a new spool of webbing. The trail

It keep on raining for at least another 45 minutes so we didn't take any more pictures. We were all soaked to the bone and just wanted to get home and get something HOT to drink instead of the usual cold beer.
