For about 10 minutes the trail above Horse Shoe Fall is pretty level. But there are sharp drops on the right. To aide the hiker last week we tied off a hundred or so feet of strong black webbing as seen in this picture. It gives you confidence as the trail is very narrow, not much wider than your two feet.
