The trail begins leading us into what the local pig hunters call Pear Gulch. The pears they are referring to are avocados which have a shape similar to real pears.
We followed the hunters trail in to the gulch for a while and then cut to our right and began working our way to the crest of Knife Edge Ridge. Along the way we discovered this citrus tree with some very tiny bright orange fruits. Not sure exactly what they are, but the one I tasted was good.
