I did not take any pictures since the water tank.
The trail along the fence is rather disgusting. People at the Waimano Home have been throwing junk over the fence for decades. After about 10 minutes on the fence trail keep to your right following the yellow ribbons. You go down a side ridge which in a few minutes meets the Waimano Ditch Trail.
We reached the end of the trail at 2:00 p.m. The walking took 4 and 1/2 hours, the weather and company were great. Jessica took off for home in her car. Lan drove George back to the start to pick up his car and Inez and the kids jumped in my truck for the ride back to the trail head to get her van.
