This new trail is just about ready for a group outing. We pretty much cleared what we could w/hand tools and so today we brought up my 12" chain saw. The plan was to go as far as we could and then wrap the saw in plastic and hide it for the next trip which would be next Wednesday. We got perhaps one third of the way before the saw overheated and would not start again.

As we hiked up along the stream we had the sweet sound of running water and along the trail we passed many small falls with inviting pools.
