One of the logs I cut was kind of rotten and when it broke free there were all these termites crawling around. See them crawl HERE.
I noticed a trail going from the blow down on the last page up toward the ridge crest. We followed it up and found this "ditch", "pit" which was lined on 3 sides by rock. It must be at least 3 feet deep and it was filled w/plastic bag of what looked like heavy duty tarps. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm??????
