Useing the rake I found one bottle.  It once was full of Castor Oil or some other product made from castor beans.

Doing some research on the Web I found this information in a book by George B Griffenhagen and others, "History of Drug Containers and Their Labels.

Pitcher's Castoria was patened by Dr. Samuel Pitcher of Barnstable, Mass. in 1868.  The name was changed to Fletcher's Castoria when it was acquired in 1877 by Charles H. Fletcher......

This sure as "hell" dates the site above to way back in the late 1860's to 1870's.  WOW!!!!!!  No we didn't take it with us,  we put it back under the leaves.
