After leaving the tunnels we went back to the pipeline on the Water Works trail and followed it up until it again joins the Ramble. Here we always stop for more refreshing water coming out of the pipe.
Turning right we followed the Wai`anae Ramble trail until we came to this huge wall I first found a few months ago. At this end it is over 7 feet high and runs for about 100 feet. Above the wall is a flat terrace of unknown use.
