Above the weeping wall is a grove of bananas. We always check to see if there are any to harvest and today we were lucky.
The fruit is a pinkish/orange when ripe and very tasty.
Today I left a little "offering" to the "Mountain Sprits" for the hardy harvest. Two bananas wrapped in a ti leaf.
