Then we swapped places and took these pictures.

We reached the top of Tiki Ridge about 2:40. After a short rest and the picture taking we headed down from the tikis and east along Kamaileumu Ridge toward the "low back" where we would take the Loop trail, that we ususlly come up, down. Along the trail we came upon sections of fencing that the State is erecting along the ridge and down on the Makaha side to enclose areas of endangered native plants. The fence is to keep out the feral pigs that do alot of damage.
