As we got higher we began to have great views like this of Mt. Kaala in far distance and Pu`u Kalena on the right. This is a panorama so scroll to see it all.
Here is another of Kalena.
We were almost to the top. It was about 2:30 p.m. and the elevations was about 2800'. We had about 100' to go. It was very steep and Dan had to break out his 100' of rope to get us up safely. Michael the Great, was about 50' above us and almost to the top.
