As I topped one of the "false summits" this view came to me in the distance. I thought, " how in the world does one get up that triangular rock face?"
Another thought that passed through my mind was why did I have to go down at least 100' only to regain it and more? It turns out the trail goes below the rock face on the right and once behind it one switchback back up to the ridge line. I did what any good hiker would do, climb down and as I turned around looking back I saw the two guys in the photo coming down right behind me.
